Open dark blue truck tailgate lowered over concrete driveway

If the motor spins but won't move the glass (F2TZ9842006A), just push it down all the way, and you can open the tailgate. Never try to open or close the t/g with the glass sticking up as shown. It should be FULLY inside the t/g.
