These have been cleaned with steel wool & industrially powdercoated in medium-gloss black, just like OE on XLSport (E2TZ1022404A right, E2TZ1022405A left), Nite, XLT Sport, & LIghtning trucks. The 3 fasteners are included, but the other hardware is not. You can swap the hardware from your handles into these, then return your cores.
