![Brown's Man, these things are ugly. It has a Centurion badge on the liftgate, but it's in the '92-96 font, so I don't think it's a real Centurion conversion.

The frame isn't what keeps the truck straight. Watch this video:

So modifying the frame won't fix it, but it could create many new problems.
