Coil spring bucket cut open on a radius arm clamped in a vise on…

After fighting this bushing for a while, I figured out this method to get it out withOUT the proper press. I used a pair of chisels to slightly open the spring eye so that the bushing sleeve almost fell out. Be careful removing the chisels - THEY FLY.

The polyurethane bushings went in much more easily.
