A trip to the plumbing store supplied me with the extra fittings and hoses I needed to complete the intake warmer. I needed to extend the pipes to keep the rubber hoses away from the heat of the exhaust manifold.
This was a preliminary setup. When it was finished, both ports looked like the one on the right, with the short tube coming out of the plate, and the long tube extending away. Otherwise, there were binding issues.
