Ramsey winch mounted behind the grille of a Ford truck

I traded a used Warn xD9000i for this used Ramsey RE12000 worm-drive winch (PN 110596) the day before RITS09, but I just spooled the cable on today. This is what I designed the bumper around. I still haven't figured out how Ramsey expected the roller fairlead to mount.
