Centurion Conversion Fuse Block & Power Supply Wiring Detail - Ford C-350
Wiring diagram showing fuse block assembly, relay connections and under-hood fuse block with color-coded wires and terminal callouts.
This document is a faxed Centurion Conversions wiring reference page (fax header dated NOV-15-94, from 616 483 7450) covering the auxiliary fuse block and power supply for a Centurion conversion vehicle. The top section lists six installation notes: engine compartment/under-body wiring must be SAE WSXL 135°C wire; wires through metal holes require grommets or split loom with exterior holes sealed; a power seat option requires a 30amp circuit breaker with 10ga red wire to the power source; the purple wire upstream of the T.V. switch is for ignition-controlled accessories (CB, radar detector, Beverage Mate); running board lights are butt-connected and shrink-wrapped to factory wires; and vehicles without power windows connect to the factory YEL/BLK behind fuse #11. The 'Fuse Block Detail' diagram shows fuse block assembly #73220000 with wire gauges and colors (14ga GRN/WH, 14ga PUR, 16ga PNK, 10ga RED) feeding fog light, driving light, and ignition hot relays, and tie-in points to factory wiring at the steering column base, behind the parking brake bracket, and to the trailer lamp relay circuit under the hood. The 'Power Supply Detail' shows a 30amp maxi fuse installed in the under-hood fuse block at slot 'H', using terminals CVI #71220066 and #73220067, feeding the conversion fuse block via 10ga red wire.
