The Pin wiring for the connector to the OHC. In spite of the color of the wire at the connector, the function of the wires are the same.

I hooked my wires to the following locations.

Pin 1 and 2 to the temperature sensor
Pin 3 under the dash to the instrument light power
Pin 5 to the dome light line that is hot when the door is opened
Pin 6 A 12V source that is hot at all times
Pin 7 Not hooked up, no place in my truck to connect it. This is the line to compensate for wind chill.
Pin 8 A switched 12V source that is hot when the ignition key is in the RUN position.
Pin 9 to a good ground point.
