OK, where to mount the temperature sensor. I initially mounted it on the radiator support just to the left, (as looking at the truck from the front), of the headlight. The intent was to keep it out of the air flow, more about that in the next picture. Here it is in the final location, mounted on the frot edge of the plastic wheelwell splash guard.
