Side view of drivers side bracket. To move the smoothie bumper up to match the body lift I placed the bottom hole in the bumper bracket in the top hole in the frame. This moved the bumper up exactly 3" and towards the front 1/2" for a smooth tight look. Unfortunately at the time I did it I had 0 fab skills and just left each one held on by one single bolt on each side. This lasted with no problems for the 16yrs it was like this.
