Well! Here we go again. Turns out the last engine had already been rebuilt once and was so worn out that they couldn't true it up by boring it 60 over, so the block was shot. The crank was also worn way down too. How many miles were on this engine? Makes me really wonder just how many miles are on my Bronco.

Anyway, last year, I got a $50 engine off of Craigslist last year and have been driving around with it the last year or so. It was out of a '78 and had sat outside for several years, but cleaned up nicely and ran, so I couldn't complain. It was extremely clacky and noisy so I pulled it and decided to use it to rebuild.
