I cut some new fender-to-cowl shims from 1/8" hardboard and aligned the fenders to the doors, then to the core support. I had to make some fine adjustments to the hood & wiper valance height to align with the fenders. Then I hung the bumper valance (F2TZ-17779-A) & grille reinforcement.
