1. Connect the jumper harness inline with your factory TPS 2. Start engine and get to operating temperature. _ _ "3. Disconnect Idle Air Control Solenoid (lAC).2 III engine stalls, turnuthrottle stop 7 screw in one full turn and restart. (Figure em _ . . _ . 4. Set idle using throttle stop. Idle speed will vary depending UPC modglcatlons , made to the engine. Set to where you are comfortable wrth Idle spee . 5. Set TPS anywhere from .96 to .98 volts. This IS done by loosening the mounting screws, and lightly rotating the TPS. If you can not obtain the desired range, you may need to make the mounting holes slightly larger. This is done by drilling them. 6. Stop engine. Disconnect negative terminal battery cable for 1520 minutes. You may wish to tap the brakes or turn the headlight on and off a few times , . as this will help to ensure that you have purged any remaining electrical 3,1..c'9urrent from the vehicle. This will reset the computer to factory defaults. ggjfj'Remove jumper harness and reconnect factory TPS wiring. .rReconnect lAC Solenoid.
