To protect the condenser, and to keep rodents & debris out of the air filter, I screened them. This is gray Aluminum residential screen spray-painted flat black & screwed to the plastic. The grill screen is cut for access to the hood safety latch, and the sides are bent forward around the ends of the grill. But the bottom is straight so debris can fall out. I haven't screened the bumper vents yet.
