9th Annual Back to the Beach Car Show Banner - April 2007, Ventura CA

This image is not a technical reference document; it is a photograph of a large vinyl event banner mounted on a metal frame outdoors, apparently at the event site. The banner advertises the "9th Annual Back to the Beach" car and motorcycle show held in April 2007 in Ventura, California. The artwork is a black-and-white illustration in a classic kustom-kulture style, showing a hula dancer, palm trees, a grinning tiki figure, a vintage motorcycle, and a 1930s-style hot rod woodie wagon carrying a surfboard, all surrounded by stylized flames. A small artist signature appears near the date but is not readable. There is no technical information, no fuse data, wiring, part numbers, torque specs, or vehicle applicability, on the banner. A reader can learn only the event name (Back to the Beach), its edition (9th Annual), its date (April 2007), and its location (Ventura, CA). The photo also shows bleachers/scaffolding, parked people, and a sunny sky, consistent with a casual event snapshot rather than a scanned document. It was uploaded to a 1998 Ford Crown Victoria gallery, but the banner itself makes no reference to any specific vehicle.
