14heatsink.jpg I have several of these Ford ignition module heat sinks ('92-96 trucks, & some others), and it's nearly the perfect size for the FSD.  I filed the backside flat before clamping the FSD down and drilling (1/8") thru its holes.  Then I tapped it (6-32) to use the original screws, and reused the silicone heat transfer pad.
