A flat plate with the stock skidplate mounts welded on, and a couple of ribs up the middle. It underhangs the front (trans) crossmember and there are tabs that underhang the rear (2.6). Everything is built to slide without much bowing, and to drain. I welded the original bolts to small bars and dropped them thru the frame holes so it only takes a 13mm impact from below to drop the skidplate.
