Ford PCM C202 Connector Pinout (Pins 35-90) - Circuit & Wire Color Chart
Continuation table of PCM connector pins listing circuit numbers, wire colors and functions such as injector and sensor controls.
This document is a connector pinout table (part 2 of the C202 powertrain control module connector, per the filename C202-b.gif) covering pins 35 through 90. For each pin it lists the circuit number, wire color code, and circuit function. Notable circuits include Heated Oxygen Sensor inputs (#1, #2 catalyst monitor, #4), Mass Air Flow sensor input/return, Transmission Fluid Temperature, Engine Coolant Temperature, Intake Air Temperature, Fuel Pump Monitor, EGR Vacuum Regulator and EGR Valve Position, Vehicle Speed Sensor, Fuel Tank Pressure Transducer, Transmission Range sensor, EVAP Canister Purge Valve, Wide Open Throttle A/C Cutoff relay, fuel injector controls (#1, #3, #5, #7), ignition coils #2 and #3, power grounds (circuit 570 BK/W), Keep Alive Power (B+), VPWR, Fuel Pump Relay Control, Electronic Pressure Control solenoid, Idle Air Control valve, Output Shaft Speed Sensor, Camshaft Position sensor, Throttle Position sensor, and Reference Voltage. Several pins (42, 44–46, 49, 50, 53, 57, 59, 65, 66, 68, 70, 82, 86) are marked NOT USED. A reader can use this table to identify which wire color and circuit number connects to each PCM pin when diagnosing engine and transmission electrical circuits.
