This is what I usually store in the rear bumper: shackle draw bar 4" drop draw bar with 2" ball bottle jack bolt cutters various draw bars hammer tire chocks cribbing fluid transfer pump 10,000# snatch block screw-in tree cleats tree saver strap 20' chain 10'chain 3' chain axe machete come-along trailer connector adapters various bars & bolts whatever else I can stuff in there...  .  That latch never worked right, so eventually, it went away.  This bumper ended up weighing ~180# empty (when it was on the '83 frame).  See the NEXT pic... |
