1988 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 Emissions & Vacuum Line Routing Diagram

This document is a hand-drawn schematic titled "88 GT Emissions/Vacuum Lines" by TMoss, showing the emissions and vacuum line routing for a 1988 Ford Mustang GT 5.0. It diagrams the vacuum reserve (VRESER), the EGR vacuum regulator (EVR, electrically controlled via EEC pin #33 with Dark Green 18ga wire), the EGR valve and EVP position sensor with its three EEC connections (OR/WH 18ga to pin #26, BK/WH 18ga to pin #46, BR/LG 18ga to pin #27), a vacuum check valve, FPR (fuel pressure regulator) and MAP sensor connections to manifold vacuum. It also details the Thermactor system: the TAD solenoid (EEC pin #11, Green/Black 18ga) feeding the Thermactor Air Diverter ACV routing to head and converter, and the TAB solenoid (EEC pin #51, White/Red 18ga) controlling the Thermactor Air Bypass ACV connected to the air pump. The right side shows the vacuum distribution block on the driver side firewall with five ports: S (Source), B/R (capped), A/C, S/C (to speed control module), and B/B (brake booster), plus routing to the A/C reserve cannister and evaporator gasket.
