Dash switch panel with DIM/RANGE and LAMP/DELAY switches, expose…

It makes sense to have the AutoLamp & Auto Dim controls beside the headlight switch, and it makes a LOT MORE sense to have everything mounted to the dash, instead of to the back of the cluster bezel.

Since nothing will be attached to it, I might not repair that broken screw hole - I think the clips will be enough to hold the bezel on. I might even cut out that whole area...
