1983 Honda Accord Specs & Photos

The 1983 Honda Accord was the first model year assembled in the United States, with production starting at Honda's Marysville, Ohio plant on November 1, 1982. That start made the Accord the first Japanese-brand car built in America. Second-generation sedans and hatchbacks carried the carbureted 1.8-liter CVCC four rated at 75 horsepower, and a four-speed automatic joined the option list for 1983.
