The 1990 Honda Accord opened the fourth generation on the CB chassis, with every US car now fuel injected. The new 2.2-liter 16-valve four made 125 horsepower in DX and LX trim and 130 in the EX. Sedan and coupe bodies launched first, and the Accord repeated as America's best-selling car for calendar year 1990.
