This page (page 33) from a Ford wiring diagram manual covers two circuits: the Horn circuit and the Fog Lamps circuit (labeled 'F100-350 Only'). The horn diagram shows power coming from the headlight switch (hot at all times, see page 9) through either the horn switch directly (without speed control) or through connector C713 and a horn relay (with speed control).
