Apply gear oil to 2nd gear inner surface, then install 2nd gear and steel ball. Press 2nd73rd thrust washer. an~3rd thrust washer Sleel ball Install snap ring of proper thickness that will minimize clearance of groove in mainshaft. Allowable clearance of groove: 0 - 0.15 mm (0 - 00059 in) 2nd gear snap ring: mm (in) Part number Thickness 3225501300 2.0 (0.079) 3226901301 2.1 (0.083) SM r522 Apply gear oil to 3rd gear inner surface, then install 3rd gear and 3rd baulk ring, then press Bra-4th synchronizer hubl Pay attention to the directian of 3rd4th syn~ chronizer hub.
