A Tighten to 4-12 N-m (35-106 Lb-In)

Aftermarket copies use a common hex-head bolt to attach the mirror post to the arm; OE uses this countersunk bolt. The OE mirror head is a convoluted plastic form with a stainless skin glued on; aftermarket is a hollow stainless shell, which is why they vibrate much more than OE.
