1971 Ford LTD Specs & Photos

The 1971 Ford LTD received completely new outer sheetmetal on the 121 inch wheelbase full-size chassis introduced for 1969. The engine chart started with a 240 horsepower gross 351 two-barrel and added Ford's new 400 cubic inch V8 at 260 horsepower, with the 429 four-barrel on top at 360 horsepower. The LTD Brougham, added a year earlier, continued as the dressier trim, and a convertible remained in the lineup.
