The 1975 Chevrolet K5 Blazer was the last built as a full convertible, with a removable top spanning both seating rows. GM added HEI electronic ignition and catalytic converters across the truck line for 1975, which moved the Blazer to unleaded fuel. Four-wheel-drive versions continued with the Dana 44 front axle, the NP203 behind automatics, and the NP205 behind manual gearboxes.
