The 1989 Chevrolet Blazer received a revised grille that brought the square-body V10 closer to the look of GM's newer trucks. The NP241 transfer case replaced the NP208 this year. Power still came from the 5.7 liter TBI 350, with the 6.2 liter diesel optional.
