Ford Fairlane
1970 Ford Fairlane Specs & Photos
The 1970 Ford Fairlane entered its final year, reduced to a single Fairlane 500 series at the base of Ford's redesigned intermediate line below the Torino and Torino Brougham. Engines ran from the 250 six through the 302 and 351 V8s. At mid-year Ford revived the Falcon name on the same body as an even cheaper companion, and for 1971 the whole line became Torino, retiring the Fairlane name in the United States after 16 model years.
