This document is a hand-drawn dimensioned template (blueprint sketch) of a vehicle rear side panel, annotated with dozens of measurements for reproducing or fabricating the panel. The overall panel is dimensioned at 61 7/8" along the top edge and 64 3/8" along the bottom, with a front height of 15 11/16" and rear-side references of 20 3/16" (noted "same front/rear"), 16 7/8", and 14.5". It locates several cutouts, including a small rectangle 13/16" x 1 3/16" whose top edge is 5 3/16" from the top of the panel, a wheel-arch opening with a 10" straight section running 24"-34" from the front edge and 10" height, and keyhole-shaped mounting holes detailed in a blow-up with 1/2", 3/16", 3/8", and 7/8" dimensions (center-to-center 1/2"). Corner radii are noted (1/2" top front, 4.5" at the rear bottom). Red annotations explain the two-dimension locating convention (centerline of larger hole end measured to front and rear bottom corners, e.g., 59 3/16" and 6") and warn that curves marked with red stars are non-standard radii to be matched from the template. A red question asks for the dimensions and position of one top-edge notch cutout that is not yet dimensioned.

- The wheel arch has a 10" straight section located from 24" to 34" from the front edge, with a 10" height dimension shown at the arch.
