- What must be done before starting a Titan remanufactured engine?
- The oil pump must be primed and the oiling system purged of air before the engine is started. On vehicles equipped with an oil cooler, the oil cooler must be replaced or the warranty may be voided.

- Attach the supplied core tag to the old engine, put the engine in the plastic shipping bag it was shipped in, strap it to the pallet, and contact Titan's Shipping Manager to arrange a freight transportation company to return the core.

- No. These parts must be thoroughly cleaned, but not sand blasted or cleaned with any other media, because dirt from these items entering the oil system may void the warranty.
- How do I get my warranty policy from Titan Engines?
- Fill out the supplied Vehicle Information sheet and fax it to Titan's office. Approximately two weeks later the warranty company will send you the policy and other related materials.
