Power Rear Window (Bronco Only) How It Works I receives power through luse 10 lor operation of dash-mounted switch only when ignition switch is ON or ACCY positions I power travels through the fuse to the accessory saiety relay I from the relay current travels to a three way swrtch with UP, DOWN and OFF positions located in the instrument panel I a key actuated outside swrtch is located In the tailgate three way switch powered through a fuse link and through connector 222 located on the engine compartment right hand lender apron I the window is raised and lowered by a two way motor upward travel of the window is governed by a limit switch Trouble-Shooting It power tailgate falls to operate . , . I check fuse 10 It tuse checks out OK t t , I operate window With key actuated switch It key actuated switch operates window . . t I check teed to luse 10 I check wire from fuse to to safety relay ll there is power to both input terminals of relay (black wire with green stripes and black wire with white stripe) . . .
