This document is a Ford electrical wiring schematic (EVTM-style) for the engine cooling fan circuit. It shows battery power ("HOT AT ALL TIMES") feeding a 50A COOLING FAN fuse in the Engine Compartment Fuse Box (page 13-6), which supplies circuit 37 (Y) to pin 30 of the Cooling Fan Relay, also located in the Engine Compartment Fuse Box. The relay coil (pin 86) is powered by circuit 361 (R) from the PCM Power Relay (pin 87) in the Relay Center (page 23-1), passing through splice S129 and connector C103M/C103F. When energized, relay output pin 87 sends power on circuit 228 (DB) through connector C109 to the Cooling Fan motor, which grounds through circuit 57 (BK), splice S113, and ground G102 (grounds on page 10-2). Relay control pin 85 connects via circuit 229 (R/O) through C103F/C103M and C185 to pin 45 of the Powertrain Control Module (PCM, pages 23-2, 24-2).
