Ford F-150 Power Windows Wiring Diagram 100-001 - GEM, One Touch Down Relay
Automotive wiring diagram for power windows showing the GEM module, one-touch-down relay, multifunction control module and color-coded circuits.
This document is page 100-001, "Power Windows," of a Ford factory-style wiring diagram set covering the left front power window circuit. It shows two 30A hot-at-all-times feeds from the Battery Junction Box (fuse 110 for "Others" and circuit breaker 601 for "SuperCrew", both on page 13-6), feeding circuit 170 RD/LB through connectors C159M/C159F and C242 (pin 25) into the Central Junction Box. Inside the Central Junction Box are the One Touch Down Relay, the Accessory Delay Relay, a 15mΩ 10% shunt, and interfaces to the Generic Electronic Module (GEM, page 59-3) via connector C267, including One Touch Down Sense Low/High (pins 7/17), Down Window Switch Input (pin 8), OTD Switch Input (pin 9), and Acc Delay Relay Control (pin 11). Outputs include ground circuit 57 BK to S205/G200, 996 OG/WH and 992 WH/BK to the Left Front Power Window Motor via C506, 400 LB/BK to S230, and 995 GY / 991 TN/LB to C509, with separate routing pages for SuperCrew (100-3) and other body styles (100-2). Wire circuit numbers, colors, connector IDs, relay pin numbers, and cross-reference page numbers are all identified.

Frequently asked questions
- What fuse powers the power windows in this diagram?
- The circuit is hot at all times from the Battery Junction Box (page 13-6): fuse 110, 30A for 'Others,' or position 601, a 30A circuit breaker (c.b.) for SuperCrew, both feeding circuit 170 RD/LB.
- What relays are involved in the power window circuit?
- The One Touch Down Relay and the Accessory (ACC) Delay Relay, both located in the Central Junction Box. The Acc Delay Relay is controlled by the GEM through connector C267 pin 11.
- What wire colors run to the left front power window motor?
- Circuit 996 OG/WH (orange/white) and circuit 992 WH/BK (white/black) connect to the left front power window motor through connector C506.
- What module controls the one-touch-down window function?
- The Generic Electronic Module (GEM, page 59-3) via connector C267: One Touch Down Sense Low (pin 7), One Touch Down Sense High (pin 17), Down Window Switch Input (pin 8), and OTD Switch Input (pin 9), sensing current through a 15mΩ 10% shunt.
- Where does the power window circuit ground?
- Through circuit 57 BK from the Central Junction Box to splice S205 and ground G200 (see Grounds, page 10-9).
