Ford Bronco/F-Series Chassis Lubrication Points Diagram - Grease Fittings

This document is a chassis lubrication points diagram for a Ford truck, showing an overhead view of the frame and drivetrain with callouts identifying each service point. It specifies the approved lubricants: Multi-Purpose Grease D7AZ-19584-AA (spec ESR-M1C58-A) or Premium Long-Life Grease XG-1-C or -K (spec ESA-M1C75-B) or equivalent, including for the ball stud. Lubrication and inspection points identified include the pitman arm connection grease fitting, steering linkage grease fittings (4 places, if equipped), front axle lubricant level check, front wheel bearing and locking hub repack (both sides), disc brake caliper slide rails and knuckle inner pad slot, front spindle needle bearings, universal joint and slip yoke spline fittings, manual transmission fill plug (driver's side, or passenger side for 4-speed), transfer case fluid level check and drain/refill, clutch release lever, rear axle fill plug, and the transfer case shift lever pivot bolt and control rod connecting pins.
