Ford Falcon
1962 Ford Falcon Specs & Photos
The 1962 Ford Falcon introduced the Squire, a station wagon dressed in simulated wood trim, while the bucket-seat Futura returned as the top two-door. Engine choices stayed with the 144 cubic inch six or optional 170, through a three-speed manual or two-speed Ford-O-Matic. Falcon remained one of America's best-selling compacts as the new Chevy II joined the Corvair and Valiant in the segment.
