Ford Falcon
1964 Ford Falcon Specs & Photos
The 1964 Ford Falcon wore all-new squared-off sheetmetal, the nameplate's first full restyle. The Sprint returned with the 260 cubic inch V8 at 164 gross horsepower while the 144 and 170 sixes powered the volume models. Bo Ljungfeldt drove a Falcon Sprint to second overall in the 1964 Monte Carlo Rally, and the April 1964 launch of the Falcon-based Mustang immediately began siphoning off the Falcon's sporty-car buyers.
