The 1994 Ford Falcon takes in the end of the Australian ED series and the EF that replaced it in August 1994. The EF brought new front and rear styling, a stiffer structure, and an updated 4.0 litre six, while the 5.0 litre Windsor V8 continued in the XR8 and Fairmont Ghia. There has been no American Falcon since mid-1970, so 1994 cars wearing the badge are Ford Australia products.
