1996 Ford Bronco A/C Clutch Circuit Wiring Diagram - Pressure Switch & Diode

This document is a cropped section of an automotive A/C (air conditioning) clutch circuit wiring diagram. It shows power arriving on a RED/YEL (red/yellow) wire into the A/C high pressure cut out switch. From the switch, a DK GRN/ORG (dark green/orange) wire feeds a junction that connects to the A/C clutch diode (shown with a diode symbol inside the component box) and, via a GRY/WHT (gray/white) wire, to a component labeled 'A/C CO... CL...' — evidently the A/C compressor clutch, drawn as a coil, with its label partially cut off at the right edge of the scan. Both the diode and the compressor clutch coil are grounded through BLK (black) wires. A reader can learn the wire color coding for the A/C clutch circuit, the series placement of the high pressure cut out switch ahead of the clutch, and that a clutch diode is wired in parallel with the compressor clutch coil.
