1993 Ford Probe Caliper Bracket Blueprint - Dimensioned Adapter Plate Drawing
Dimensioned engineering blueprint of a triangular mounting bracket showing hole diameters, radii, lengths, and an angle.
This document is a dimensioned mechanical blueprint (three-view drawing plus an isometric detail at SCALE 0.5) of a flat mounting bracket, filed by the uploader as a 'cal-bracket' (caliper bracket) for a 1993 Ford Probe. The bracket is a roughly triangular/elongated plate, 10.00 mm thick and 153.6 mm (REF) in overall length, with an overall width of 57.6 mm (REF). It features four holes of Ø10.4 mm (TYP 4) and three rounded corners/lobes with a radius of R12.5 (TYP 3). Hole spacings shown include 34.0 mm between the top hole and the next, 100.0 mm between vertical holes, 100.0 mm along the angled edge between the offset holes, a 28.6 mm REF dimension near the lower holes, and a 32.6 mm REF horizontal offset. One edge of the plate is angled at 19.0° from vertical. The drawing gives a fabricator everything needed to cut and drill this adapter plate: outline geometry, hole diameters and positions, corner radii, and material thickness. No part numbers, material specification, vehicle applicability, or date are stated on the drawing itself. Companion scans in the same album (ca-space.JPG, hub-space.JPG) suggest this is part of a brake caliper adapter/spacer fabrication set.

Frequently asked questions
- How thick is the caliper bracket plate?
- The side view shows a thickness of 10.00 mm.
- What size are the mounting holes in the bracket?
- All four holes are Ø10.4 mm, marked 'Ø10.4 TYP (4)'.
- What is the overall length of the bracket?
- The overall length is 153.6 mm (marked as a REF dimension).
- What radius are the rounded corners?
- Three corners use a radius of R12.5, marked 'R12.5 TYP (3)'.
- What are the hole spacings on the bracket?
- Key spacings shown are 34.0 mm, 100.0 mm (vertical), 100.0 mm along the angled edge, 28.6 REF, 32.6 REF, and a 19.0° edge angle; overall width is 57.6 REF.
