Ford Taurus SHO 3.2L CCRM C1019 Connector Pinout - Wire Colors & Functions
Wiring diagram of the 3.2L Constant Control Relay Module connector C1019 listing pin numbers, color-coded circuits, and functions.
This document is a connector pinout reference for connector C1019, the Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM) used with the 3.2L engine. It includes a scale illustration of the 24-pin CCRM connector with each cavity numbered and labeled with its circuit number and wire color, plus two tables listing pin number, circuit number/wire color, and circuit function for pins 1–24. Pins 1–2 (circuit 181, BR/O) supply LFC relay power; pins 3–4 (circuit 288/228, DB) are cooling fan power feed; pin 5 (787, PK/BK) is power to the fuel pump; pins 6–7 (38, BK/O) are HCF relay power; pin 8 (37, Y) is CCRM B+ and pin 12 (37, Y) is fuel pump relay B+. On the second half, pin 13 (16, R/LG) is PCM power relay enable, pin 14 (197, T/O) LFC ground, pin 15 (60, BK/LG) ground, pin 16 (57, BK) A/C clutch feed (−), pin 17 (639, LG/P) HCF cooling fan ground, pin 18 (97, T/LG) fuel pump ground, pin 21 (883, PK/LB) A/C relay control feed, pin 22 (331, PK/Y) WAC input, pin 23 (347, BK/Y) A/C clutch feed (+), and pin 24 (361, R) PCM B+. Pins 9–11 and 19–20 are not used. Useful for diagnosing cooling fan, fuel pump, and A/C clutch circuits.
