Ford Power Seat, Memory Seat & Adjustable Pedal Wiring Diagram - Fuse Feeds
Wiring diagram showing battery junction box feeds to relays, seat modules and switches with color-coded circuits and connectors.
This is a Ford power distribution wiring diagram page showing five fused circuits fed from the Battery Junction Box (referenced on pages 13-4 and 13-6). Fuse 109 (60A) feeds the Air Suspension Compressor Relay (page 41-1) via circuit 1053 LB/PK. Fuse 101 (30A) feeds the Trailer Tow Battery Charge Relay (page 95-2) via 175 BK/YE. Fuse 110 (30A) feeds circuit 1153 RD/BK through connectors C138M/C138F to splice S2014 (page 13-24). Fuse 104 (30A) feeds circuit 704 DG/LG through splice S213 to the Transfer Case Shift Relays and the Torque On Demand (TOD) Relay (both page 34-2). Fuse 112 (30A) feeds circuit 566 DG through C433M/C433F and splice S292, then branches by option: without memory seats it powers the Adjustable Pedal Switch (page 127-1) and Driver Power Seat Control Switch (page 120-1); with memory it passes through C205F/C205M and splice S310 to the Driver Seat Module (page 123-2) and Driver Power Lumbar Switch (page 132-1). The diagram documents fuse ratings, wire colors, connector numbers, and splice locations for these seat, pedal, 4x4, air suspension, and trailer tow power feeds.

Frequently asked questions
- What fuse powers the driver power seat control switch in this diagram?
- Fuse 112, a 30A fuse in the Battery Junction Box, feeds circuit 566 DG (dark green) to the Driver Power Seat Control Switch (page 120-1) on vehicles without memory, and to the Driver Seat Module (page 123-2) on vehicles with memory.
- What wire color feeds the transfer case shift relays and TOD relay?
- Circuit 704 DG/LG (dark green/light green) from fuse 104 (30A) feeds both the Transfer Case Shift Relays and the Torque On Demand (TOD) Relay via splice S213, connectors C201 and C223 (page 34-2).
- Which fuse feeds the air suspension compressor relay?
- Fuse 109, rated 60A, feeds the Air Suspension Compressor Relay (page 41-1) through wire 1053 LB/PK and connector C1000.
- How does power reach the adjustable pedal switch?
- On vehicles without memory, fuse 112 (30A) feeds wire 566 DG through connectors C433M/C433F, splice S292, C204M/C204F, and C290F/C290M to the Adjustable Pedal Switch (page 127-1).
- What powers the driver power lumbar switch on memory-equipped vehicles?
- On w/memory vehicles, fuse 112 (30A) feeds wire 566 DG through C205F/C205M and splice S310, then through connectors C319F/C319M to the Driver Power Lumbar Switch (page 132-1).
