Ford Exterior Lamps Wiring Diagram 092-001 - Park/Turn Lamp Circuit
Automotive wiring diagram for exterior lamps showing front park/turn lamps and the trailer tow lamp relay with color-coded circuits.
This document is Ford factory-style wiring diagram page 092-001, 'Exterior Lamps,' covering the park lamp (running lamp) circuit. It shows battery power (hot at all times) fed from fuse 5 (15A) in the Battery Junction Box through circuit 195 (TN/WH wire) to the Main Light Switch via connector C245. With the switch in PARK or HEAD position, current flows on circuit 14 (BN wire) through splice S224, connectors C232M/C232F to the trailer tow illumination feed (page 95-3), through C158F/C158M and splice S115 to the left front park/turn lamp (connector C145) and right front park/turn lamp (connector C135), as well as to the trailer tow running lamp relay in the Battery Junction Box. Turn/stop/hazard lamp feeds (circuit 3 LG/WH on the left, circuit 2 WH/LB on the right) are cross-referenced to page 90-2. Ground returns run on circuit 57 (BK wire) through splice S104 to ground G103 (see grounds, page 10-5). Cross-references include power distribution pages 13-2 and 13-11, switch testing on page 149-1, and connectors C148/C150 on page 92-2. A reader can trace power, wire colors, circuit numbers, connector IDs, and grounds for the front park/turn lamp circuit.

Frequently asked questions
- What fuse powers the exterior park lamps in this diagram?
- Fuse 5, a 15A fuse in the Battery Junction Box (hot at all times), feeds circuit 195 (TN/WH wire) to the Main Light Switch.
- What wire color and circuit number feed the front park/turn lamps?
- Circuit 14, a brown (BN) wire, feeds both the left front park/turn lamp (connector C145) and right front park/turn lamp (connector C135).
- Where do the park lamp circuits get their ground?
- Both front park/turn lamps ground through circuit 57 (BK wire), through splice S104, to ground G103 (see Grounds, page 10-5).
- Which connectors are used at the front park/turn lamps?
- C145 at the left front park/turn lamp and C135 at the right front park/turn lamp; the main light switch uses connector C245.
- How does this circuit relate to trailer towing?
- The brown circuit 14 also feeds the trailer tow illumination feed via connectors C232M/C232F (page 95-3) and the trailer tow running lamp relay in the Battery Junction Box (page 95-3).
