Factory THEFT System Switch ('94-95 only) is not really for an "alarm"

These are rare, fragile, and probably not in production anywhere at any price. They are ONLY used to deactivate the THEFT system. But it's common for the switch to jam internally and then break off of the lock cylinder, causing false alarms when the door is unlocked with the key instead of the remote.
