Ford E-150
1988 Ford E-150 Specs & Photos
The 1988 Ford E-150 completed the switch to electronic fuel injection, as the optional 5.8-liter Windsor V8 gained EFI to join the 5.0-liter V8 (injected for 1986) and the standard 4.9-liter six (injected for 1987). That made 1988 the first year every E-150 engine was fuel injected, ending carburetion in the model. The third-generation body, by then in its 14th year, carried over intact.
