1991 Ford E-150 Specs & Photos

The 1991 Ford E-150 closed out the third-generation Econoline after a 17-model-year run dating to 1975, the longest of any Econoline generation to that point. The final-year drivetrain lineup held steady with the 4.9-liter inline six standard and 5.0-liter and 5.8-liter Windsor V8s optional. An all-new fourth-generation van replaced it for 1992, the first clean-sheet Econoline in nearly two decades.
