Ford E-150
2000 Ford E-150 Specs & Photos
The 2000 Ford E-150 kept the late-1990s configuration intact: a 4.2-liter Essex V6 standard, 4.6-liter and 5.4-liter Triton V8s optional, and a four-speed automatic behind every engine. Cargo vans and passenger wagons shared the 138-inch wheelbase and body-on-frame chassis. The overhead-cam Tritons, in the van since 1997, set the E-150 apart from its GM and Dodge full-size rivals, which still relied on pushrod V8 designs.
