Ford E-150
2003 Ford E-150 Specs & Photos
The 2003 Ford E-150 received the fourth generation's most visible facelift, adopting a taller grille and new headlamps that brought the van's face in line with the Super Duty pickups. It was also the final year for the 4.2-liter Essex V6, after which the 4.6-liter Triton V8 became the standard E-150 engine. The 5.4-liter Triton remained the step-up option, and the 138-inch-wheelbase body-on-frame platform continued.
