KC Driving Lights & LED Light Bar Relay Wiring Diagram - Ford Bronco Aux Lights

This document is a hand-drawn/computer-drawn wiring diagram for adding auxiliary lighting, KC driving lights and an LED light bar, to a vehicle, uploaded to a 1991 Ford Bronco gallery. It shows two standard 4/5-pin automotive relays, one labeled "Driving Light / KC" and one labeled "LED BAR." Each relay's pins are labeled: pin 87 outputs +12V to the driving light bulb, pin 86 receives +12V from the main beam (high beam) bulb cable as the trigger, pin 85 goes to 0V chassis ground, and pin 30 receives +12V from a fused battery feed. Power comes from the battery via 8 gauge wire to a multi-position fuse block, which distributes fused feeds. Two rocker switches are shown in the circuits between the fuse block/relays and the lights. The LED light bar and both KC lamps are each grounded to 0V chassis ground. Wire routing is depicted with red (power) and blue lines. A reader can learn a typical relay-based auxiliary light wiring scheme: fused battery power to relay pin 30, high-beam trigger to pin 86, ground on 85, and lamp output on 87, with rocker switches for manual control.
